as you can see from the attached photos, I found inside the roll some coins with this defect
I presume cannot be considered an error, right?
Does anyone found this coin in the same condition?

I got the same scenario!
I was connected with a lot of devices at the same time and ,when it was my turn, no way to get a confirmation of the transaction for several attempt!
