it was infortunately predictable ...
Following reliable information I get, mintage 7000 but 510.000 request from professionnal dealers!
No chance to get it in collection without pay (very) hight price .

I know that many of dealers still didnt received any answer from bank regarding ordered coins

As I know nobody can buy a coin trought the eshop.
I think it will be a good think to sent a email to the collection coins service on Cyprus bank, and complain about low mintage and impossible to bought a coin trought eshop.
As more as they received email as they may be understand this is a bad ( and stupid) idea.

By the way, I send an email to Cyprus, that I am pretty disappointed about that what happened this morning with the webpage.

Dear Customer

Regarding the new procedure for accepting applications for the purchase of the €2 commemorative coin and the €5 silver collector coin, both issued on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Cyprus' accession to the European Union, the Central Bank of Cyprus announces that the submission of applications by the public will be made by completing an Electronic Form.

The Central Bank of Cyprus reminds the public about the following important considerations:
Applications for the purchase of the above coins will be processed on a “first come first served” basis and while stocks last.
The submission of an application will not necessarily guarantee a purchase.
Multiple applications by the same person will not be considered and will be rejected.
Successful applicants will be contacted about payment instructions by 20 December 2024 the latest.

I have managed to submit the form at 8:32 and it showed something like ‘response received’. Will see if I will be successfull.
