For years, I have traded and bought with/from Jose Oliveira (nickname: Joseeuro). Always to everyone's satisfaction. However, for a while now, Jose has been letting me down quite a bit. First, he sent a package of considerable value to the wrong address. Twice I ordered a nice offer with BU + Proof + UNC coins. Every time, the UNC coins were NOT included. When I complain about this, Mr. gets angry and portrays me as a fraudster, claiming the coins were in the package. The first time, I eventually got my money back, which I actually don't want. I would like to add the coins to my collection. Now, I ordered Portugal Rotary BU+Proof+UNC again. BU and Proof were received properly, but again, no UNC coins. I reported it again; they were in the package. Fortunately, I made a video of unpacking this shipment, with which I can prove that the UNC coins are NOT in it. He wants to reimburse me for the coins; I just want the coins I paid for! I am unprofessional and a problematic buyer and am not allowed to order anymore. There is only one unprofessional one, and that is MR. OLIVEIRA. So people, be warned about this "salesman"; he is not very scrupulous.

I bought him several times. Usually good coins, maybe few UNC coins not very perfect but always satisfied with him. Only with the weight of the package you can have a evidence that the BU set is not included. Hope you can solve.

Was good in the past, is bad since about a year! I have the video of unpacking the last shipment, is prove enough.
No he will not solve it, he wants to give me money, i would like to have the coins i have payed for.

I have purchased from him since many years. None a problem that couldn't be solved. Sometimes he offered to me to ship next time the missing items, because we have a forever opened order. In my opinion is one of the best sellers, and one of the few who communicate with customers.

Me too! Was good in the past, is bad since about a year!
He could have sent it with a next order, but NO, he refuses. Only option was money back! So now the unc coins will cost me a lot more because is have to buy them somewere els and pay shippingcosst again. SO HE IS BECOMMING A SCAMMER!!!!!!
1 mistake: no problem, 2 aslo no problem, but 3 in a row. NO thanks! Communication is shit!!!!!
I see he "forgets" to sent you coins also, so is a frequent problem, there a more buyers who have the same problem with him.
