I would like to ask you a question: does anyone know how to set an avatar in a profile? (ie: I want to set my own avatar and I do not know how to do so... )

I would like to create an AVATAR but when I tried I got the following message: The submitted avatar is 98 pixels wide and 95 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 20 pixels wide and 20 pixels high, but no larger than 90 pixels wide and 90 pixels high. Can you help me to solve the problem?
