We see by "unofficial" information of date them, but you can't safely..

And here in Spain, as there are 20 different banks giving them, sometimes give them in one and the other is not...

It is a shame, since it would have to be public information emissions, but because of speculators, which collect we have to pay more money.

But I think that the first guilty are the same Bank of each country, since becoming spins more small and some do not give them in window, only for your website's sales and high prices... more speculation and profit for a few.

I've also checked similar number of coincards...and got only Belgian version...
Quite strange, I think.

By the way, I bought in the Mint of Belgium the day after its broadcast (19-09) and I have not yet received the coincards...

Someone is in my same situation? I have sent emails, but do not respond,

Hi, bought 3 coincards in the mint of Belgium on the 19th sept.,
all are Belgian version,
received in Genova/Italy on the 14th Oct.
