I managed to also buy it and the same happened. I haven't received my order confirmation yet.
Hope it has been processed though aha.

Maybe email confirmation will appear later on due to the large amount of connections, it should have been overloaded and thus unable send all the emails to every customer.

no i have not send email mtm@gouv.mc requesting information, at first i think it was because system overload if confirmation email did not arrived untill tomorrow i will send email asking for information

There is some trouble with confirmation Email from web site, if your payment is done send a message to mtm@gouv.mc and give them the number show on your bank account information. (transaction number)
The quantity is limited to 1 coin and it's controled trought IP adress, if you try ordering several coin with different credit card and different name but from same computer, only the last order will be registered.

Following post read on different forums, it seams big troubles on coins order.
MTM send cancellation order by Email and refund money to bank account.
About 3400 coins was available for sale by MTM but web site was overloaded and still registered order when coins was sold out.
15000 coins mintage and only 3400 for collectors, the 11400 other for coin dealers whitch will made big money. minimum 300%.
This is the first time Monaco's sale coin trought internet that's a good way but if mintage still so low the situation will not change.

It gave them more trouble than if they had only sold the 3400 coins instead of being now reimbursing everybody that put orders (until the 10000th) after the 3400.

it seems, that everybody, who has no confirmation via mail and no order id in his account, doesnt get a coin.
many collectors in a german forum wrote this. monaco will retransfer those people the money.

I got on Friday that they have canceled one order for which i didnt received an email, but second one seems to be ok
