MTM actually check orders and who's ordered several coins with diferent name and different bank account but from same IP adress can be see order cancelled and pay 35 euros in fees.

No, thats not correct.
I ordered for a friend, whose creditcard didnt work after i completed my order. Same computer, same IP adress.
I got an email from mtm to send my personal id with passport in attachment to prove i am a legal person. After that, both orders were fulfilled by mtm.
