Same me, but second coin i think it was silver, where limit was 5. So we got some s**** coins together with 2€ coin

I also can sent a order form .
I loose some precious minutes because ID number, and whitch coin I will have to confirm, there is 2 coins to be select 2€ and 5€ but no information whitch case must be validate on order form.
Following email received from CBC, the order will be select first time first serve.
Depending stock availble, sent a order form will not confirm it will be validated.
So now just waiting for CBC message to confirm order or not ...
At 8h39 (france time) coins was sold out.

Market price is crazy, more than1000€ for this 2€ ,
Regarding mintage, price will drop in the future and will probably be raise Monaco's 2007 and 2015 prices soon.
This minting quantity is a very bad thing for collectors. Like I done, I suggest you sent a message to CBC to complain about it, hope they will not do it again in the future.

In CBC email sent to annoucement for tody's sale,they wrote that order will be confirm at least on 20 december.
If we don't have message connfirmation, order is cnot validate.
I wonder if this sale of less than 10 minutes did not take place only to say that this coin was accessible to everyone even if all the coins had already been sold to the reseller.
I hope i'm wrong.

Lets wait till 20th of December and we will see, i hope that at least 1 coin we will get for our collection

I'm only learning about this coin now (I almost wish I didn't).

I'm more disappointed that Cyprus would issue a 2ECC with such low mintage; at least Monaco has an excuse (being a micro state and all).
I think collectors accept the situation with the microstates and simple don't collect them; but should I consider Cyprus a microstate just to feel better?

I understand that if I got one I would probably feel differently; but I think even those who got them would agree that it still leaves a bad taste in the mouth (well maybe not for the guy on eBay who appears to have sold 20 of them, his mouth is probably full of money ).

Whats most egregious is just how uncessary it is; if they wanted to commemorate the occasion there are so many denominations to go with; they could even create a new one (€8.29 face value would be fun); €2CC probably have the largest collector base for euro coins (I would even think higher than 1c -> 2E collectors) so a lot of upset collectors i'm sure.

I see some sites say there is 400,000 UNC of this coin but given the prices for the proof coin this is probably not true.

I will take your suggestion (@jore) and email the CBC tell them to behave (then ask them politely if they have any left )

Not yet, on email from CBC when annoucingsale, they wrote answer could be sent at least 20/12, cross fingers !
