The themes for 2 coins 2€CC Belgium 2013 are:

100 years of the tour of Flanders (cycle race)
100 years of the meteorological royal institute

The third coins Luxembourg 2012 " ROYAL WEDDING 2012 " will be available on the BCL from February 2013.
But order forms already circulate. (500.000ex UNC, 10.000 coincards, 2.000 BE) (I am customer, but I have not received from order form yet ?).

The "second" (?) 2€CC 2013 of the Luxembourg would be " Changing of Guards", but, I have no official confirmation, thus...

If somebody has further information...

I have a question though. Are you sure for the mintage? In the order form doesn't say anything about Proof.
The 2000 Proof will be single coins or in sets?

Maybe in the Set Proof 2013 ?

And I had confirmation also, the 2013 will be "la relève solennelle de la garde" (changing of guard).

Hello everybody,

Some precision received from the BCL:

- the expenses of sendings for the subscriptions 2013 is a fixed price 56€. (3 sendings X 14€ = 42€ ? )

- the 2€CC PROOF marriage will go out separately and the persons possessing a general subscription 2012 will receive an offer including, 1 roll, 1 coincard, 1 2€CC proof.
The offer will reach toward the end in November.

No problem, I already have the invoice for the coins in PDF format, they asked me friendly NOT to pay before 19-11-2012
For now the proof coins will be offered only ABO 050 clients.

I also asked them about this and this was the answer:

as shipment costs have significantly increased during 2011 and 2012, we have determined a fixed amount of 56 EUR for the 3 shipments of a general ABO50 2013.

I then told them it was cheaper to order the coins for the 3 shipments separately, but got the following answer:

If you order the coins individually in 2013, it would not be possible to order the fauna-flora coin as well as the proof set. So it would not be more expensive.

In other words, you cannot order all coins separately, so there is no cheaper way to get all the coins, so you are forced to pay that extremely high postage cost if you want all coins....
