Hello guys,

A month ago I made a payment for some folders plus some coin-cards (stamp & coin), a month later, I have not received the order. I have written them few times and no answer. Anybody is in the same situation? Are they replying the emails?

It usually takes 20-30 days in order to receive the items from Vatican.
They delay to answer to e-mails... but they usually answer.
I never had problems with Vatican shipment since 2003 I'm in their list.
Wait a few days more... I wouldn't worry... probably the shipping delayed.
You can also try call them, you might get more information.

Hello Vangelis,

I never wait more than 2 weeks for any item, if fact, my wife received the last 2€ CC 12th, and was paid by credit card on 10th, the letter was posted before payment, I do not know the reason, but the customer service it´s very bad, compared with past times.
