Has anybody received order form for Vatican 2€ Sede Vacante ?

Not yet... and as I read in forums no-ones mention he does.

Received it today in the USA.

I received my order form last Friday here in Europe (Netherlands). I'm glad to be able to order it directly, since other coinsellers are asking high prices for the Sede Vacante piece.

By the way, I've read that for the moment, it's not possible to send the order form by e-mail, for those of you who planned to return it like that. Only fax and regular mail work for now.

Tried to send the order through e-mail and I received this...

Is there anyone who sent their form by fax only and got charged their credit card yet?

Or is there anyone who got charged their credit card for BU set at all? I sent my form by fax about month ago, as their email got suspended, and haven't got charged yet :S
