Why is it so difficult to find those coins/rolls. I though mintage was 10 million pieces??
Does someone has an answer for this?

As far as I know, it's because of bad system of distribution (compare it with Dutch one). They supply the coins by private banks to big dealers (and circulation?), instead to collectors.
But let's wait for Frenchmen.

You're true Numizmatik, the way of distribution is not good for collectors. We can saw what happen last year with Abbé Pierre...
I hope One day or another we can have it.
