Official Information coming from the BCL (11/04/2013)
for 2013, the 2 euro CC will be named "National Anthem".
the theme "changing of the guard" was not selected for this year.

Exact, I had confirmation today by the director of the BCL.
The coin shall be available on June or July.

Today I heared from my swap partner in Luxembourg that the 2013 cc coin will be delayed.. Probably the date of issue is not July but September or October...

I also heard fro Bcl that the issue of this coin is on next september!
