Not sure if it's already available, but I know it will be issued. Actually the only coin which will come in circulation from 2016 Andorra.

2€ 2016 or you mean 2015? I haven't seen any coins 2016 yet but in some forums I read about 1€ in 2016 and not 2€. Anyway we will see when the coin appears.

small update: in a German forum read that 1E Andorra 2016 is already found in circulation in Spain (3 coins reported).
