Hello everybody, here is a board which I "took" on another forum where I am also member.
It resumes: date of known issue (?), the editions ( BE = PROOF)...
Sorry, but it is in French.
T3 = 3th quarter
T4 = 4th quarter
Certain information remains to confirm.
PS Finland is not green, but issued
