Can someone confirm that Luxemburg will issue his 2 euro cc coins next Tuesday 24th January?

Today I have received an email from the BCL, the coin will be ready at the end of February.

There is no official date for them. I guess that BCL has not decided about it. An estimation would be February, 23th.
