and which coins are already issued.

I just called the National Bank Belgium, and the 2€ TYE has been announced in the 'Staatsblad' (dont know the translation). However, the banks still havent received the okay to distribute the coins.
The person i had on the phone however said he thinks it will be tomorrow afternoon or Monday 30th january. But i can call him back tomorrow to be sure.
