Thé " Monnaie de Paris" does not sell rolls to particulars, only to " professionals".

Those ones, of course, as they are sellers, and not private collectors, want to make business and earn money.

I think Jore means, you have a mistake in your offer.
Correctly you are meaning: I offer 25 of 2€ coins for 50€.
