2 euro Commemorative Raul Brandão UNC minted like a 1 Euro coin.

Check the differences between the normal one and the error one.

Don't think that this is an error. Only patina, which is quite unexpected with relatively new coin.
I also noticed that some "Raul Brandão" coins from my rolls were in similar condition. I've put them in circulation...
