Purchase on IPZS shop

hello Everybody,
I would like to ask how foreign citizens can purchase coins from IPZS (Italian mint), i tryed last year but it was an obligation to have some kind of fiscal number. Maybe someone has experience with them? Or maybe some from Italy could help to get coins
