Malta commemorative coin in presentation box selling @ 45 Euro plus shipping.

Just a question, this coin is describe as a BU or proof coin ? and how many coins are in box like this ?

This coin in box is UNC quality, mintage is 12500 in box and 60.000 coincards

I am irritated now. In German numismatic forum I read that 10.000 coins should bring in circulation - not as role.
Don't know which 10.000 coins they are talking about.

60.000 coins in Coincard - thats clear.
12.500 coins in box - ???????
10.000 coins for circulation - in addion to the coincards and boxes?

@ Malta Collector, as maltesian collector, do you have exactly information about the whole mintage of the "Heros of Pandemic"?

Twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) coins were struck in circulation quality at the Monnaie de Paris in France. The coin reverse shows the usual €2 side. The obverse (national side) was designed and engraved by Maria Anna Frisone, and depicts two medical professionals bracing themselves to face the unknown.

The coins presented are in circulation quality and will be presented individually in a coin box and with a certificate of authenticity.
The limit of this product is that of 2250 coin boxes.

Issue Date : 2 June 2021

Mintage is 60.000 coincards
12500 coins of circulation in box
Total 72500

As far as I am concern 60.000 in coincards and 2,250 in boxes in uncirculated quality.

From this info I see that only 2250 coins are issued in boxes.Question where is other 10 000 coins unc?

As I understand what raimon wrote is correct.
- 60.000 coincards
- 12.500 UNC coins in box (2.250 coins were in sale at e-shop, the rest directly at MCC counter on 02.08.)
