on 28 November 2025, I placed an order for coin albums with the Italian company Abafil. Unfortunately, I still have not received the package.
According to the tracking link, the shipment has been located somewhere in Milan since 5 December 2025, without any further updates. As this seems like an unusually long delay, I have already tried to contact both Poste Italiane and Abafil, but so far without success.
I would therefore like to ask if anyone might be able to help — for example by making a phone call to Poste Italiane or to Abafil on my behalf.
