First 2€ cc France issuing day

This morning saw the release of the first French €2 "Little Prince" coin.
Note: very limited mintage, no UNC coins.
The same queuing system as in Monaco was in place to manage this operation. When the doors opened, I was 32,263rd on the waiting list, so no chance for me. Around 10:30 a.m., the Proof coins with polished reverse were sold out.
I was able to buy a set of four coins, and there were still Proof coins in normal condition available.
The polished reverse coin is simply a commercial coin with little numismatic value, but €2 coin collectors seek it out and are willing to pay more.
All it takes is for an institution to sell any style of coin, as long as it's a limited edition €2 coin, for everyone to want it. This is commerce, not numismatics.
The institutes have fully grasped the scale of the phenomenon and are profiting from it.

I managed to get 1 regular proof coin for my collection and later saw that they are still available, but I didn't know if I can order separately another one on the same name and address.
It is becoming very hard to get coins from some countries, for some reason Croatia Pula is being very expensive as for big mintage. Sometimes I don't understand how price is set.
