It seams that you are not the only one.
Most of foruns have people complaining about him
Hi never had swaps with him because his offer trades was never fair.
Best regards
Joao

Re: Swapper / seller - Roberto Marra - Alessandria, Italy
Hi to all
I had a bad experience from Italian Post
About 5-6 years back on a swap with an Italian swapper , was around 35.00 euro swap , I've got only 4 coins 1,2,5, 10 cent .
Now the envelope was stapled , staples removed was opened from the post office from sure , stapled back and taped .
The swap partner refound the money to me , so most of my swaps to Italy are insured mail now .
Also if anyone see anything bad on package , check the weight before you sign and get it .
Regards

Re: Swapper / seller - Roberto Marra - Alessandria, Italy
Good afternoon,
I would like to tell you my experience with this seller. I found him on italian website Subito.it, where he uses to locate himself in Monte Romano (VT).
So this is not a coins swap matter, but I think my experience can be usefull to cheated people.
The first problem was a unmotivated delay in the delivery.
Then, he wrote me on WhatsApp the tracking number without a pic of the waybill (when I asked him for it, he answered "today I'm busy, I'll send it maybe tonight or tomorrow"). When I threatened I would go to the postal police, he immediately sent the pic (a blurry pic, so that I had difficulties to see that my name and address had been overwritten to other data).
In fact, the goods arrived in a completely different town: he had sent the package to a fictitious person in order to have it back (I discovered this by making an official complaint to Poste Italiane in order to get the original waybill).
After 10 days, I asked him for a refund by bank trasfer: he immediately send me a screenshot of the transacation but he evidently cancelled it soon after cause my bank still didn't see it after 3 days.
At the end I made him understand that I had discovered the trick and he really refunded me.
I am at the complete disposal of those who want more information to take legal actions (for example his IBAN). Just text me in private.
