I am disappointed in FIN 2012 coins

Hi,
I guess that most here know that Finland has issued normal 2012 coins in rolls. I had a lot of work packing them last week, without really looking what I was packing.
So what is the problem? This week I was checking my coins a little better and also after getting an email from a swapper friend about the quality of the coins, I decided to write this message.
ALL my 1-euro coins have a black circle on the surface that makes it look dirty, some 50-cents have strange spots on them, 10-cents are more yellow than the other coins and 20-cents have a "line" on the surface. 2-euros and cupper cents seems fine.
As I take my rolls from a dealer, I emailed him if he had noticed any strange with the coins. He answered me direct that he already had sent a question about the quality to Mint of Finland without getting any answer from them. The dealer promised to call MoF to get an answer. After a while I got a new email, where he told me that the person at MoF had said that coins in rolls are mention to be for circulation and there are different sets meant for collectors?!? Does this mean that they can issue coins looking bad? Anyway MoF wanted him to send a roll to them, to check the quality, so maybe I can get some answers later.
This bad quality started already with provincal 5 € coins. They were discussed at a Finnish forum and some people meant that it was because of MoF wanted to sell proof coins and get some profit. Money, money!!
I´d like to know from other collectors who have got their coins from other places, if you have noticed same as me or if your coins are in good condition.
If collecting is going to be like this, both expensive and coins in bad condition, this is not fun anymore.
I also want to tell all you that have got 2012 coins from me, if you want to return them, it´s ok with me, but unfortunally I can´t offer you better quality.

I bought all Finnish 5 euro bimetal x10 in purse to MoF and I can confirm that first ones was good but last 3 coins are not very nice quality .

Hi,

Just checked my fresh 2012 coins, only 20c's seems to have a little "line" over. Not a scratch but what ?

Fortunately my other coins seems to be ok.
