I dont know which coin you mean on Ebay. This one which is sale for 9,99€?
There is no error. Too many coins are offered as error coin on ebay which are not error ones.
People try it to make a little profit. Finally, advertising costs nothing on Ebay.

There are some that called errors on e bay DE. ???? with prices extra high .
There is a variety with large breasts , an extra metal under bulls eye and have them as errors ?? No way .
There are hundreds of them around .
