Error 50 cent Italy 2002 circulation coin

I don’t know whether it’s allowed to paste a link here but i think it is to interesting to share.

On a Belgian selling website i encountered this strange coin.

At the moment i can’t tell this is real or not but it has something intriguing.
Seller has also a 2 euro error. But the 50cent looks better.
