MTM - creditcard problems

In Germany some people like me had the problem that creditcard was not accepted by MTM.
Whats your experiance?

Hello. In Spain, with me, no problem -Visa and Mastercard was accepted by MTM.

Same problem overhere.
Asked them (MTM) several times what the problem could be, till now: no answer
My credit card is still valid, used it last week without any problems.

Without problems Lithuanian Mastercard, but it was credit not debit card

I used mastercard debit without problem. At first the authorization denied... and almost immediately a clerk from the bank called me and told me that the system blocked the transaction... after the call I tried again and success.

thank you all for your answers. At least I could order the new Monaco coin with the credit card from my father.
Same situation like Rudy. Few days before, I payed my second silver coin from the series "Big Five" from South Africa without problems.

@ Rudy, please inform us when you have any answer from Monaco for you email. I fear they will not give answer to you.

I don't have any problems with MTM...or any other e-shop.
Except Malta coin centre. Transaction was done, but blocked at my bank, because not all data was posted to my bank.
Tried with Visa and MasterCard. My bank assistant was so kind and tried to investigate the problem, but nothing changed. Next time everything was the same. Transaction completed, but blocked at my bank.
