Think you don't have to worry. This is official numismatic office of Republic of San Marino. They're slow and they practically never reply on emails, but I always received ordered coins without problems.

I know it's official San Marino coins and post stamps dealer and that's why it's very strange for me (to ignore emails and don't send coins).I had no bussines with them before, so I asked peoples explain who know how they work.

Hello all,
Now I have new record with this company :
66 days after issue and my payment and coins still in they office (1 month they promise to send my coins "soon" and sent me unregistered tracking number).
It’s normal??

for this reason many collectors stop buy coins from san marino (included me)
is better to find elsewhere a lit bit higher price but you know when you'll receive it
