I think Suomen Moneta/Nordic Moneta has all the characteristics of a criminal organisation...

You might be right, 250 coins minimum at 3.95 each gives a net profit of 487.50.
Only thing they have to do is count to 10, put rolls in a package and ship. very easy money.
For collectors they have almost the same work to do and far less profit on one transaction.

This is very sad for collectors, when every country is implementing such a method of selling, I think the number of collectors will reduce very rapidly.

Strike a 2€ coin cost is about 17cts+fees and taxes, maybe finally cost pricefor this coin is around 50cts to made, benefit is huge.
The real cost price is probably a big secret ... business is business.
