1. CYPRUS - 60 years from independency declaration
2. LATVIJA - Latgalian Ceramics
3. LUXEMBURG - 75 Years of the signing of the Constitutional Charter of the United Nations Organization

How I understand about 2€ "Ceramics", the Latvian bank did not dare to distribute rolls after issue at bank tellers due to the Covid-19.But now situation is much worse than at summer and it is not clear when it will be distributed,maybe at November.
