Since you are in possession of a 2€ Coincard Belgioen 2023 - Art Nouveau in Brussels. So take a closer look to see if you have a rarity. So far as I know, 2 Belgian coincards from 2023 have been found that contained a 2€ Malta 2023 Copernicus.

There is a video on YouTube which states that this incorrect assembly was also found and reported in other European countries. Unfortunately the video is in German. (Maybe you have the possibility for subtitle this video in your langauage - good luck)
