No not yet... not even for the BU set which will be issued next week.
(I ordered in February but nothing yet. As I read in other forums there is no-one that received a reply for these issues yet.)
The 2E CC 2012 will be available probably end of September or on October.

I was hopping that they would send an order form with the 2E CC roll...
How much is the shipping costs for a set?
Is your order form personalized? Or it is without name on it, like EMU rolls?
I suppose we will all receive soon the order form.

Shippingcost for the BU set is 6,60 euro.

Order is not personalized, so yes without name.
There is a ordernumber on the form.
