I do not understand some BBCodes

In my signature I put three link to my swap list in this forum but it has more than 255 characters.

I see BBCodes Euroswapper and website and perhaps I can write something like this

instead off write complete url

and signature show this

But I do not understand these BBCodes. Can somebody help me, please?
