San Marino 2012 coincard

Today I check my San Marino's coincard and I discovered something incredible.
I have2 items and one of it contain a Italian coin !!!
I checked the coincard and ther is nothing suspect, plastic fims are perfect without any cutting marks.
One coincard come from AASFN and other from a friend, I don't now witch one comes from San marino.
If i'm right Italian mint is the provider for San marino's coins , a error may be possible ?
Did someone heard something similar ?

Hi,

It's very simple to change the coin in San marino coin in holder.
All my San marino 2 euro cc coins are taken out from coin holder without any damage for coin holder. So most probably the coin was changed.

Really ? how is it possible without cutting plastic ?
It means that someone change the coin ?
I remember some years ago a San Marino bu set open and close but a symbol "APRIRE" appear when seperate plastic film.

Can you please tell me how to remove San Marinese 2E CC without damaging the folders?
I would like to put the coins altogether in a case but I don't want to destroy the folders.

Hello

Time ago I open a folder of San Marino, as Jore wrote, I could read along the BU the word "open"(in Italian) so for me the change (Italian coin instead S Marino) was done in the Mint. It´s similar with Spain BU normal 2012... the change was done before close the folder.

Hi Vangelis,

My steps how I do that:

- take sharp thin knife (swiss for example)
- find a place where two plastic side are pasted
- little by little try to open (only need to open as much place as it will helps you to take the coin out, do not need to separate fully)

I never tried to open BU sets, only 2 euro coin folders.
but on 2 euro folders there I do not see see word "open"(in Italian), perhaps it is only on BU sets ?

I decided to open all my 2E CC San Marino and put out the coins.
It was actually quite easy.
Here is the results.
2012/2011/2010/2009 the coin removed easily and you can notice it at all.
2008 I had to cut it from the side, the plastic was melted so it was impossible to open without destroying it a bit.
2007/2006 the coin was removed easily but it has some marks on the blue side of the folder (so open it with more caution).
2005 the coin is in much bigger folder... when I reached the coin I realized that it was written in on side "sigillo aperto" which mean seal opened.
2004 I haven't opened it yet but I'm assuming it's the same as 2005.
I'm thinking to make another post with the results and possible some photos if someone is interested in.

It is possible.
I received directly from the San Marino office some bu sets 2012.
One was with the italian Dante 2 euro.
