I have got a friend who during the next two months will be studdying in the Netherlands. He will be studying in Groningen
Where he could find this coins? Would the coins be available in rolls or bags? How many coins are in the bags?
I will be very agree if anyone give some information.

Rolls are sold out... And for the loose coins, I think only coindealers have them...

All the coins that don't go directly to coinsellers or collectors through the Royal Dutch Mint will be brought into circulation in mixed rolls. So there is no possibility to buy entire bags or rolls of this coin through banks or post offices for example. The only way to get UNC coins is via a coinseller, else be lucky and find some pieces in circulation. I'm sure he can get at least some in a couple of months as the mintage is quite high.
