Nice, but it seems that it is useless at the moment... The Dutch and Belgian (probably also other countries) anti fraud machines in shops thinks they are fake.. All shops need a softwareupdate for their machines

IS it true that new banknotes are not yet available in Finland (or in some parts of Finland)?

I don't believe. I get one about May 15th, looked already very old
