Slovene CC is going to be issued in February and it has been confirmed by Slovene national bank.

This coin is dated 2012 and not 2013.

Mintage France BU: 10.000
Mintage France Proof: 10.000

France: 50 Years of Franco-German Friendship (Élysée Treaty): 10.020.000
France: Pierre de Coubertin: 1.020.000 (max. 2.020.000)

Italy: theme will be the 700th anniversary of the birth of Giovanni Boccaccio.
A second 2 euro commemorative is being discussed by the Treasury.

Luxembourg: issue will be March/April. Mintage: 722.000 pieces (700.000 for circulation).

Portugal: issue will be in June. Mintage 525.000 (500.000 for circulation, 10.000 in Proof quality and 15.000 in BU-quality).

San Marino: 50th anniversary of the death of John F. Kennedy. Issue will be in June (BU-blister). Coin will also be part of the Proofset.

Spain will be issued in February 2013 , not 2012. Mintage will be 4.000.000 (max. 8.000.000).

Vatican City: theme 28th World Youth Day - Rio de Janeiro.

Surely Finland will issue a €2 commemorative coin in 2013? I would be surprised if they did not do one.

But wouldn't it be nice if Ireland finally issued a €2 commemorative coin that was not a common issue commemorative?

The Irish must have something to commemorate you would think? Maybe Gaelic football or something uniquely Irish.

Austria, Ireland and possibly Cyprus and Estonia won't mint 2E CC this year (if we consider what they've done the previous years).
Finland it's almost sure (but there is not even a rumor at the moment).
Greece and Monaco no news, but it's possible. I'm sure we will learn it the last minute.
Netherlands and Italy 2nd (these are some rumors).
If there is any rumor or official news I'll add it to the list.

Belgium is officially confirmed by the Royal Belgian Mint.

Luxemburg officially confirmed by BCL.

Portugal, issue in June. Officially confirmed by the INCM.

Ireland and Austria definitely no 2 euro commemorative coin. Cyprus does not plan a 2 euro commemorative coin also and Estonia still no news.
