Monaco's coins issue for circulation in 2014 are:

1€: 1 008 272 (-8000 in BU set) = 1 000 272
2€ : 780.000 ( -8000 in BU set) = 774 000

2 cent: 25.000.000 maximum issue
5 cent: 18.000.000 maximum issue

All the rest coins only in blister- 13.000 mintage.

I would like to ask you also if Portugal have minted some coins for circulation in 2014, or if all coins are only in official blisters.

And you know for sure that French 50 cent; 1 euro; 2 euro 2014 are NOT minted for circulation?

Portugal 2014 issue 1cent + 2 cent + 1Euro (1 euro i no see in circulation yet).
