Blind rolls Andorra

Hello,
Andorra circulating coins are issued in alternative years by Spain and France.
When the roll is blind, in french rolls, is there any way to know if the coins inside are from France, Andorra or mixed?

On french coins rolls I have, it's print FR01 and a date, maybe it's the same with Andorra rolls.
I also have a monaco rolls , it's print FR30.
