Info about the second CC from Luxembourg 2020:

The new 2 euro CC Luxembourg 2020 changed and concerns the Prince Charles, born in 2020.

The Central Bank of Luxembourg decided to produce two variants of this commemorative € 2 coins. One in relief and the other in "photo mode".

The total mintage will not be modified. Still 320 000 coins, 160 000 Variant 1 and 160 000 Variant 2.

the rolls and coin cards are already sold out !!
the coins are foreseen for December 2020 but the rolls will arrive probably in 2020 (March-April) ??

You can find pictures of both variants of this coins on internet ( ebay, for example).

They weren't.
A lot of collectors "reserved" LUX coins at the beginning of the year by ordering so called "General subscription". But nobody knew that this coin will be issued in so many variants. I noticed this info at coin dealers eShops...and wrote mail to BCL for info.
So, rolls are sold out "in advance" by collectors who paid subscription and coin dealers, of course...
Ok, maybe they have left some rolls to sell them at BCL eShop at issue day, but I doubt it.

This coin will have many different variants (info confirmed from BCL):
- UNC with lion mintmark in relief variant (issued in rolls and capsules)
- UNC with lion mintmark in pohoto variant (issued in rolls, bags with 5 x 1c-2€ +2€ CC sets and capsules)
- BU with bridge mintmark in relief variant (issued in coincards)
- PP with bridge mintmark in relief variant (issued in PP sets)
- PP with mintmark bridge in photo variant (single coin in case issue)
- Maybe also come other combination will be issued for which I don't know. Who knows which variant will be issued in 6x2€ CC PP 2019-2021 sets...?!?:-)

But all variants are already sold out, I suppose. Maybe only some coins in capsules and bags are still available. I don't have info about it.
Just to let you know. Price for coins in capsules is/was 6€/coin...!

By the way...
I don't have these coins for swap/sell, so please don't ask me about it.
